IMPORTANT NOTICE – CHPOA MEMBERSHIP DUES, CC&R ENFORCEMENT, CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP

Dues support the following community services:  Legal counsel, insurance, professional architectural oversight, website management, and Shorecliff Beach services that include gates, locks, keys, maintenance/clean up, improvements and access and our wonderful community summer BBQ.” While we currently do not engage a management company for billing services and reminders, we are considering this option for future efficiency.

We are reminding you of the critical importance of paying your annual dues on time. Dues are expected to be paid on April 1 of each calendar year and have been increased to $200/annually.

Dues can be conveniently paid online via our website (along with all community information) CORONAHIGHLANDS.ORG using PayPal or a credit card.  Alternatively, checks made out to CHPOA can be sent to our Treasurer at P.O. Box 415, CDM, 92625. If you encounter any difficulties or require a password reset to log on to the website, please contact us at info@coronahighlands.org, and we will assist you promptly.
