INFORMATION ABOUT APRIL 22nd ASSOCIATION SPECIAL MEMBERS’ MEETING:
Dear CHPOA Members,
You are invited to attend a CHPOA Special Members Meeting on:
Wednesday, April 22nd at 6:30 p.m.
The Oasis Senior Center
Members in good standing (dues paid through April 30) will be eligible to vote. Each household is entitled to one vote.The purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote on procedural updates to the CHPOA Bylaws. Please note that no changes are being made to the CC&Rs.
Proposed Amendments Include:

Establish a flexible Board size of 5 to 9 Directors

Increase Board spending authority (unchanged since 1987) to $20,000 per item
-
Clarify officer titles and succession structure

Confirm that all Architectural Committee recommendations are subject to Board approval and final determination

We strongly encourage all members to review the materials distributed by mail and available on our website in advance of the meeting.
📌 Additional Board Meeting
Immediately following the Special Meeting, a second meeting will be convened to elect additional volunteers to the Board of Directors.
Members interested in serving and contributing to the community—particularly in protecting property values and homeowners’ rights—are asked to notify the Board no later than April 17th. Voting will occur during this second meeting.

Powerstone Property Management has taken the responsibility for financial guidance, dues collection and beach fob distribution for Corona Highlands Property Owners.
Dues are currently $385.00/per year.

**Beach fobs are $95 per Shore Cliffs after CHPOA membership dues have been paid.**
