How to View our Website:
Our website is open to all to see, however, our directory, rules and payment access is member password protected. Members, who have given us their email address, were given a password when the site launched in 2021. If you didn’t receive this email, please contact us at info@coronahighlands.org; we can help.
You have the ability to change your password from the “My Account” page. Lost or forgotten passwords can be recovered through the “Lost Your Password” link on the log in form. To change your password: go to “Accounts” and just follow the directions.
Membership Payments were due March 31, 2022
You can make payment through the website (PayPal) or submit your check made out to CHPOA and send to P.O. Box 415, Corona Del Mar, Ca. 92625
As volunteers, it is not possible for us to send out individual billing invoices or reminders.
To pay on-line or view your membership status:
- Go to our website: www.coronahighlands.org and input your password.
- On the home page click on the “Pay Member Dues” icon.
E-mail us at info@coronahighlands.org for questions about the community, your membership dues or replacement beach keys.
Board membership Volunteers needed!
The operation of our CHPOA is governed by a Board of volunteers from our own community who serve and provide the following services:
- Organize annual and monthly meetings
- Coordinate with ShoreCliffs to pay shared maintenance costs
- Distribute beach keys
- Maintain website content
- Conduct architectural committee reviews
- Dues collection and billing payments
- Coordinate legal matters
- Oversee our financial tax obligations
- Coordinate special events
- Coordinates with local government and CdM Residents Association

Architectural Review
It’s wonderful to see all the beautification happening in our neighborhood.
Just a friendly reminder to please be a good neighbor and adhere to all CC&Rs and updated Architectural guidelines (found on our website along with a place to submit your plans) when planning your remodel.

CHPOA members have THREE private gate access points to Corona del Mar Beaches!
- A gate at the intersection of Evening Canyon Road and Shorecliff Road leading to Little Corona.
- A gate at the end of the cul-de-sac on on Shorecliff Road which leads to a beautiful beach with views of Arc Rock.
- Access to a beautiful overlook area that lies beyond the gates at the intersection of Shorecliff Road and Driftwood.
